I have a fondness of goldfish, both the ordinary and the exotic varieties. My father and brother collect and breed exotic koi and they are beautiful to behold. In the past, I have had tanks of graceful potbellies, fantails, and Oranda goldfish. I find each specie’s shape to be quite unique but always recognizable as a member of the goldfish family. All Gold Fish sculptures feature potbelly and pop eyes. You may see swimming koi, and millefiori among other patterns on the Gold Fish. This series feature gold leaf in a crackle pattern on the belly and head making it a truly “gold” fish! Each piece can rest on its fins or hang as an ornament. |
